The Calcutta 8" Breaking Knife is a great way to filet your fish. Breaking knives are designed to break down the bones in your fish and these would work well on small panfish to larger yellowtail and white seabass. The blade is flexible and will ride nicely along the bones to help you get as much meat off the fish as possible.
The 8" blade is very sharp German stainless steel blade and the handle is a non-skid handle with great grip.
