Tony Reyes Trip Report and Fish Count for August 14th – 19th, 2011
August 23, 2011 – 12:32 pmThe report I have is short, sweet and to the point. The fishing was great this trip! They fished San Esteban Island, San Francisquito Island, Snake Island and La Guardia Island. The weather was warm and calm, a perfect mix in The Sea of Cortez!
Snake Island produced lots of dorado, they caught seventy dorado! How fun to pull those colorful, beautiful fish into your panga. San Esteban had some fantastic yellowtail fishing on the reefs. They even caught a 95 pound marlin!
Making bait was easy and plentiful in San Francisquito Bay. Overall a magnificent trip and I envy those of you who are about to go on a Tony Reyes Fishing Tour!
