Blue Fin Jim’s November Fish Report
November 29, 2007 – 12:45 pmHi Guy’s
Took a little time to put a report together, but there has not been much to say.
The California long range season is off to a great start, with many boats getting several yellow fin over 200# per boat, per trip and 6 or 7 over 300# for the fleet and the Season is just starting.
The POLARIS SUPREME had incredible trip on striped marlin, while fishing for wahoo in one day 24 anglers caught and released almost 300 marlin (all 90 to 145#) ,not bad for stand up fishing with 4 to 10 all hooked up at one time, all day long.
Local rock cod is doing well, with some nice lings
Every one is eating Lobster since the season opened, with those who know -getting limits every trip.
If you have never done stand up tuna fishing for big fish this is the time to do it
Good fishing to you!
